You could shave,, But it wouldent be a good idea. I suggest get a cheap hair removal cream,, Nair hair removal creme is 99p from body care is cheap but works wonders, superdrug do some good creams aswel,, or get waxing strips or just pluck it off! x
UM bleach it dosen't get rid of your facial hair it just lightens it.
facial hair? on a girl? umm i would suggest getting all of it waxed off.
