A great way to get rid of facial hair is to thread. My mom does it for me at home and it's great and doesn't damage your skin at all. thres different creams of all kinds in the store. Try a sensitive one so u dont worry about allergic reactions
Laser is the best option by far, though it can be a tidbit expensive. However, it's a procedure that has semi-permanent results and it's very efficient.
go to the salon ask them if it's dangerous. im 100% sure they will say it's fine, because it is, then get it waxed off at your beauty salon.
Get your lip waxed...it's only like 10 or 15 bucks at a salon. call around to find one close to you.

u should use laser hair removal. just look it up or ask the person who does it 4 u. im pretty sure it doesnt cause cancer.
